Who am I?

I am a professionally qualified psychotherapist and counsellor.  I have worked in a broad variety of settings in London.  I am currently working in a NHS Primary care service, a charity counselling service and in private practice.

I trained at Birkbeck College, London where I graduated with a MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy.  In addition, I trained at Cruse Bereavement Care as a bereavement counsellor. I am a member of BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and BACP ( Bristish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their ethical frameworks.

I work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, bereavement, depression, divorce, domestic violence, family conflict, relationship difficulties, self esteem, self-harming, sexuality, sexual abuse, workplace and general counselling issues.

How it works

Our initial meeting will be an assessment, this will be an opportunity to explore your needs and see how we might work together.

Following our initial meeting, sessions will take place each week at the same time and place.  Each session will last 50 minutes.

Currently during the Covid-19 pandemic I will be working online on Whats app, Zoom or by telephone.
